Contracts We use the National Childminding Association (NCMA) contracts. The contract which is a signed agreement between both parents and childminder, they include; hours, rates of pay, holidays, holiday pay, illness, overtime and length of notice to end the agreement. There is a contract for each child in my care which is signed by me and the parents. Our contract is revised yearly unless other wise necessary.
