I charge by the hour unless agreed otherwise by both parties

Snacks and drinks

Transfer to and from playgroups and schools within Buntingford

Mother and toddler groups and attendance to the Bramble Hill children centred organised groups eg Rhyme time

A retainer of 100% of the contracted fee will be charged for all annual holidays to keep open a place for your child(ren)

Retainer fees are non-refundable

Minimum 1 week to 4 weeks deposit is taken to reserve a place on date of signing the contract, this will be refunded at the end of the contract subject to satisfactory termination and any adjustments necessary.

A retainer of 50% of the contracted fee is charged for children between 0 and 5 years old whilst they are in attendance of playgroup, nursery, pre-school etc when it is within the contract hours.

A retainer of 50% is charged during school hours if parent wishes us to resume responsibility if school should be closed for any reason and should like childcare for - full fee is payable if the child is cared for during school closure time.
