As a childminder we will keep records, policies and procedures required for the efficient and safe management of our childminding practice and also to promote the welfare, care and learning of all children. I have a booklet of policies which include: Health & Safety Includes illness, first aid box, fire procedures and emergency procedures. Equal Opportunities This includes how we aim to treat each child as an individual and with equal concern and to give every child equal chances to learn and develop. Behaviour Management Includes details about our behaviour management ideas and how we take positive approach to managing behaviour. Safeguarding Children (Formally known as child protection) Includes all possible documents about what we should do to best protect our children.
